Colleges Visiting KMHS:

All will be in the cafeteria across from the Counseling Office during lunch, unless otherwise stated. 

  • March 15 – Yale (rep will be located in the Counseling Office.  KMHS alumni Alexis Clarke will be the rep visiting)

  • Tuesday, March 21 @ KMHS from 6-8 p.m.
  • Info sessions to include:  College 101, Financial Aid, Military Academies, NCAA, Transition to College for Students with Disabilities, Asistir a la universidad, Georgia Tech, and University of Georgia

5th Annual Latino College & STEM Fair Download Flyer GoSTEM March Event 2017_Bilingual

  • Saturday, March 18th from 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
  • Where:  Georgia Tech Student Center
  • What:  Free bilingual family event!  Hands-on activities for the entire family, workshops, college and majors fairs, community resources, and raffles. Interaction with Latino college students, parents, professionals, and scientists. Free lunch provided!  No pre-registration required. Mark your calendar now!

  • Saturday, April 29th from 10:30 -11:30 a.m. BUT must register by April 17 at 5:00 p.m.
  • Where:  Dobbins ARB
  • Representatives from all five academies as well as cadets and midshipmen will be in attendance and ready to answer questions. The event is targeted to students grades 8-12 and their parents. All attendees must make a reservation due to security restrictions and present photo identification to the Cobb Parkway checkpoint for admittance onto the base.
